Bugles nut n crunchy snacks
Nb persons: 10
| 1 package | , (4.1oz) Bugles original corn snacks |
| 1 can | , (12oz)mixed nuts or peanuts. |
| 2 | egg whites |
| 2 | Tbs orange juice or water. |
| 1 -1/3 cups | Granulated sugar |
| 2 tsp | ground cinnamon |
1. Heat oven 275f
2. Grease jelly roll pan (15.5in x 10.5in x 1in)
3. Mix snacks and nuts in a large bowl.
4. Beat egg whites, orange juice,sugar and cinnamon in small bowl, using a wire whisk or hand beater until foamy.
5. Pour over snack mixture and stir until evenly coated.
6. Spread in pan
7. Bake 45-50 min, stirring every 15 mins, until light brown and crisp.
8. Cool and serve.
