Buffalo Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
    2 lbs  chicken tenders
    1/4 cup  soy sauce
    1/4 cup  bourbon
    1/4 cup  lemon juice
    1/2 cup  Franks Hot Sauce
    1 stick  unsalted butter, melted and cooled
    1/2 cup  water
    2 Tbs  cornstarch
    3/4 cup  All purpose flour

Cooking Instructions

Combine soy sauce, bourbon, lemon juice and chicken. Marinate over night.
Drain chicken, coat in flour and fry in batches for 8 minutes. Heat oven to 250 degrees.
During last batch of chicken, combine hot sauce, butter, and water cornstarch combo in a small pot
