Buffalo Chicken Tenders

2 lbs | chicken tenders |
1/4 cup | soy sauce |
1/4 cup | bourbon |
1/4 cup | lemon juice |
1/2 cup | Franks Hot Sauce |
1 stick | unsalted butter, melted and cooled |
1/2 cup | water |
2 Tbs | cornstarch |
3/4 cup | All purpose flour |
Cooking Instructions
Combine soy sauce, bourbon, lemon juice and chicken. Marinate over night.
Drain chicken, coat in flour and fry in batches for 8 minutes. Heat oven to 250 degrees.
During last batch of chicken, combine hot sauce, butter, and water cornstarch combo in a small pot
