Ingredients:
      Broiler, cut up
    1/2 tsp  cumin, grounded
    3/4 cups  yoghurt
    1/4 tsp  cinnamon, grounded
    1 tbsp  lime juice
    1/4 tsp  coriander, grounded
    1 tbsp  vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp  turmeric, grounded
    1 clove  garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp  cardamom, grounded
    1 1/2 tsp  Ginger, minced
    1 dash  nutmeg, grounded
    1/2 tsp  salt

Method:

1.Wash & dry the chicken pieces.
2.Place the pieces in a glass bowl.
3.Mix all the remaining ingredients together.
4.Pour this marinade over the chicken.
5.Let it stand for 6 hours.
6.Prepare the grill-it is not ready unless all the coals have a thick coating of grey ash.
7.Remove the chicken from the marinade.
8.Place chicken in a single layer in a glass dish.
9.Combine water, yoghurt, lemon juice, garlic, Ginger, turmeric, salt, paprika, curry powder & pepper.
10.Pour over chicken and marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
11.Remove chicken from marinade, brushing off as much of the marinade as possible (reserve marinade).
12.Heat oil in a 4- or 6- quart presto pressure cooker.
13.Brown chicken a few pieces at a time, set aside.
14.Return all chicken to pressure cooker.
15.Pour marinade over chicken.
16.Close pressure cooker cover securely.
17.Place pressure regulator rocking slowly.
18.Cool pressure cooker at once.
19.Remove chicken pieces to a warm platter.
20.Mix cornflour with cold water, blend into hot liquid.
21.Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
22.Pour sauce over chicken.
