1 tablespoon | salad oil |
1 tablespoon | vinegar |
1 tablespoon | soy sauce, low sodium |
1 1/3 tablespoons | sugar |
1 tablespoon | sesame seeds toasted |
Cook 1 pound fresh broccoli in small amount of boiling, salted water till tender, about 15 minutes; drain. In saucepan combine 1 tablespoon salad oil, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 4 teaspoons sugar and 1 tablespoon sesame seed, toasted. Heat to boiling. Pour over broccoli; turn spears to coat.
