Slow Cook Chicken Cacciatore

| 3 lbs | chicken |
| Pan searing flour | |
| 2 tbs | EVOO |
| garlic | |
| 8 oz | sliced mushrooms |
| 1 med | onion sliced |
| 1 med | red pepper sliced |
| 1 med | green pepper sliced |
| 1 cup | red cooking wine |
| 2 tsp | Italian seasoning |
| 24 oz | tomato sauce |
Dust chicken with searing flour
Heat EVOO in pan
Add chicken and Lightly brown all sides
Add chicken to slow cooker
Add mushrooms, peppers and onion to pan.
Cook veg's 3-4 mins until slightly softened
Add wine to pan, cook 1-2 mins
Add seasoning and sauce to pan and bring to simmer.
Add sauce mixture to slow cooker for 6-8 hrs
