Preheat cast iron skillet in a 450 degree oven for 30 minutes. Place chicken in skillet after the 30 minutes. Bake chicken at 450 degrees until done, about 35 minutes. Let rest about 10 minutes before serving,
To serve, tear off pieces of chicken, place in softened tortilla, and serve with all the fixings.
