Ingredients:
    6 oz  dark chocolate, (broken in pieces)
    1 tbsp  coffee, (dissolved in 1/4 cup water)
    2 medium  eggs, (separated)
    6 tbsp  castor sugar
    1 tbsp  gelatin powder, (dissolved in 1/4 cup water)
    12 oz  fresh cream

Chocolate wafers for garnishing

Method:

1.Melt chocolate and add coffee and water in it.
2.Beat egg yolks and 4 tbsp sugar till creamy.
3.Stir it in coffee mixture.
4.Cook the mixture till it is thick.
5.Cook gelatin in water and add it in coffee and egg custard.
6.Beat cream and fold half of it in custard.
7.Beat egg whites stiff with 2 tbsp of sugar and fold in custard.
8.Prepare a charlotte pan by chilling it & then making it wet with water.
9.Pour the mixture in the pan & keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set.
10.When it is set, then turn it over on a plate and cover the sides with cream and cover the top with wafers.
