Coconut & Chocolate Souffle

|60 gms white chocolate
1.Combine flour, cocoa and sugar in a sauce pan.
2.Gradually stir in milk and heat until it is thick.
3.Stir in lightly beaten egg yolks and cool it on room temperature.
4.Combine white chocolate and coconut cream in a bowl.
5.Beat egg whites stiff.
6.Add extra sugar in it and beat well.
7.Fold half the egg whites and half the cream in cocoa mixture and the remaining egg white and cream in white chocolate mixture.
8.Pour the white mixture in serving bowls and pour a little of cocoa mixture and mix with a skewer to form swirls.
9.Freeze for several hours or until set.
10.Garnish with whipped cream and fruits if desired.
