Honey Combed Mould

2 cups | milk |
2 | eggs |
2 tbsp | gelatin powder |
8 tbsp | castor sugar |
1 tsp | vanilla |
1/2 cup | fresh cream |
4 tbsp | sugar |
6 | almonds, (roasted) |
Method:
1.Separate egg yolks and whites.
2.Take 2 cups milk and egg yolks and prepare custard.
3.Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup water and add it to custard and stir well.
4.Beat egg whites stiff.
5.Beat 1/2 cup cream and add it to custard.
6.Now fold the egg white in custard and pour the mixture in a pre-chilled mould.
7.Keep in the freezer for several hours.
8.When set, then turn on a plate and decorate with whipped cream and caramel.
