    450g  thick cod fillet
    1tsp  ground cumin and 1tsp smoked paprika and 1tsp ground coriander
    Pinch  saffron
    1 sm  red chilli finely chopped

Zest and juice of 1 lime
Seasoning

Oven 200C/400F/GM6

Cut cod into 4 equal pieces. Mix spices and spread out onto a plate. Roll fish thru spices to coat it and place on non-stick baking tray. Squeeze lime juice over and bake in oven for 10-15 mins.

When cooked remove from oven and rest for 1 min.

Serve on a bed of steamed veg and 150g boiled new pots.
