Spicy baked cod low fat

450g | thick cod fillet |
1tsp | ground cumin and 1tsp smoked paprika and 1tsp ground coriander |
Pinch | saffron |
1 sm | red chilli finely chopped |
Zest and juice of 1 lime
Seasoning
Oven 200C/400F/GM6
Cut cod into 4 equal pieces. Mix spices and spread out onto a plate. Roll fish thru spices to coat it and place on non-stick baking tray. Squeeze lime juice over and bake in oven for 10-15 mins.
When cooked remove from oven and rest for 1 min.
Serve on a bed of steamed veg and 150g boiled new pots.
