Tandoori chicken fillets

4x | fresh skinless chicken breasts |
2 | garlic cloves, crushed |
1tbsp | tandoori powder |
2tsps | ground coriander |
1tsp | ground Ginger |
300ml 3% | fatgreek yogurt |
Seasoning
Oven. 200C/400F/GM6
Slice chicken breasts in half. Mix garlic with the spices and yogurt and place in shallow dish. Press chicken into mixture coating all sides. Allow to marinade for 30 mins.
Transfer to non-stick baking tray and place in hot oven or on BBQ until fully cooked approximately 20 mins
Serve hot or cold.
