    225g  st ivel gold extra light or similar
    225g  caster sugar
    4  eggs beaten
    300g  plain flour
    2tsp  baking powder
    Zest of two  lemons
Topping-
    Juice of 2  lemons
    2tbsp  silver spoon sugar

Oven= 150C/300F/GM2

Cream marg and sugar gradually add eggs. Stir in flour, baking powder and lemon zest.

Pour into loaf tin and bake for 100 mins until well risen and golden brown.

Mix topping ingredients and drizzle over cake while it's still hot.
