Lemon drizzle cake (low fat)

225g | st ivel gold extra light or similar |
225g | caster sugar |
4 | eggs beaten |
300g | plain flour |
2tsp | baking powder |
Zest of two | lemons |
Topping- | |
Juice of 2 | lemons |
2tbsp | silver spoon sugar |
Oven= 150C/300F/GM2
Cream marg and sugar gradually add eggs. Stir in flour, baking powder and lemon zest.
Pour into loaf tin and bake for 100 mins until well risen and golden brown.
Mix topping ingredients and drizzle over cake while it's still hot.
