750 g | chicken wings |
40 mL | hoisin sauce |
25 mL | honey |
25 mL | ketchup |
2. mL orange rind | |
15 mL | orange juice |
5 mL | Dijon mustard |
5 mL | worcestershire sauce |
5 mL | ginger, minced |
1 clove | garlic, minced |
1/2 mL | cayenne |
1. Preheat oven to 425F. Separate wings at joints. Discard wing tips. Arrange on a single layer on a greased foil lined baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Pour over chicken to coat.
3. Reduce heat to 400F. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
