3-4 tbs | Chili Powder |
1-2 tbs | Cumin |
1 tbs | Cayenne Pepper |
1 tbs | tobacco Sauce, (optional) |
1/2 tsp | Salt |
1 tsp | Pepper |
1 can | Diced Tomatos |
1 Bottle | Chili Sauce |
1 lg. Can | Tomato Purée |
2-3 Cans | Dark Kidney Beans |
2 lbs. | Ground Beef |
Turkey, alternative | |
1 tbs. | Tomato Paste |
Shredded Mexican Cheese
In a Large Pot.
Sauté Onions and Peppers
Add Meat, Salt, and Pepper
Cook through.
Add all other ingredients except Cheese.
Stir Well.
Cook (simmer) on stove or in crockpot (on low) for 2-3 hours!
Serve with Cheese on top! Enjoy.
