Indian Style Mince

|1 medium||onion, finely chopped|
|2||garlic cloves, finely chopped|
|2 tablespoons||green curry paste|
|1/4 teaspoon||ground turmeric|
|2 teaspoons||garam masala|
|2 teaspoons||lemon juice|
|2 tablespoons||chopped coriander|
Steamed rice, lemon wedges to serve
Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Add onion and cook for 3 min, stirring until soft and golden. Add garlic, Ginger, and curry paste. Cook for 2 min until no longer pink. Stir in turmeric and 1/3 cup. Hot water.
Reduce heat to low. Cover, cook for 5 min. Stir through garam masala, lemon juice and coriander. Serve with rice and lemon wedges
