Indian Style Mince

    2 tablespoons  oil
    1 medium  onion, finely chopped
    2  garlic cloves, finely chopped
    2 teaspoons  Ginger
    2 tablespoons  green curry paste
    500g  minced beef
    1/4 teaspoon  ground turmeric
    2 teaspoons  garam masala
    2 teaspoons  lemon juice
    2 tablespoons  chopped coriander

Steamed rice, lemon wedges to serve

Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Add onion and cook for 3 min, stirring until soft and golden. Add garlic, Ginger, and curry paste. Cook for 2 min until no longer pink. Stir in turmeric and 1/3 cup. Hot water.

Reduce heat to low. Cover, cook for 5 min. Stir through garam masala, lemon juice and coriander. Serve with rice and lemon wedges
