Herb & Garlic potatoes

1kg | chat potatoes |
6 | Rosemary sprigs |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
1garlic knob | |
1 bunch | thyme |
50g | butter |
Sea salt | |
ground pepper |
Put potatoes and garlic in a large pan and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil over high heat. Cook uncovered for 12 - 15 minutes or until almost tender. Drain
Take 2 large sheets of foil, put 1 on top of the other and brush with a little oil. Put potatoes, garlic and herbs on foil. Drizzle with oil, or dot with butter and season. Fold up edges of foil and wrap tightly.
Preheat BBQ plate on med-high until hot. Put potatoes on plate and cook 10-15min.
