Celery, 1/2 cup chopped. | |
Scallions, 2 bunch's green onions sliced. | |
Butter, 2 . | |
Water, 2 cups. | |
Bouillon cubes, chicken 2 . | |
Pepper, 1/8 tsp. | |
Mashed potato flakes, 1 cup |
Can whole kernal corn, 17 oz drain.
Canned Evap milk, 1 cup.
In pan, saute celery & onions in butter (oil) until tender. Add water, bouillon cubes and pepper. Cook over medium heat until cubes dissolved, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, stir in potato flakes and corn until blended. Add
milk, return to heat. Heat gently, stirring frequently; do not boil. Garnish each serving with additional scallions if desired.
