Karen's Ginger Shrimp Bowl in a Flash

Cook 1 sliced onion with 1 T peanut oil. |
Add 8 oz peeled jumbo shrimp and 1 T grated Ginger and cook until shrimp are pink and opaque.
Add 7 oz cooked noodles, 1/4 c mint and toss to combine. Top with Thai sauce.
