Apple bacon spinach salad

| 2-3 cloves | garlic minced |
| 1 tbs | lemon juice |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 lb | fresh spinach |
| 3 | apples diced |
| 1 bunch | green onions sliced |
| 1/2 cup | Swiss cheese |
Cook bacon until crisp,crumble and set aside.pour drippings into a measuring cup;should b about a half cup.combine with garlic and set aside.at serving time,shake well with lemon juice,sugar and egg. Toss spinach with apples and green onions and add dressing
