Chile cheese grits

1 14oz. Can | chicken broth |
1/2 cup | water |
1/2 cup | grits |
3/4 cup | sharp cheddar cheese |
1 4 oz. Can | diced green chiles |
Bring the chicken broth and water to a boil in large sauce pan ( non- stick). Stir in the grits and bring back to a boil. Reduce the heat to low,cover the pan and simmer till grits are done.from time to time stir. Remove the pan from heat and stir in cheese and chiles and their juice
