Nach Bedarf 1-2 Barlöffel weißer Zucker
Zubereitung
Schokoladenminze und Minze zu gleichen Teilen gleichmäßig in hohem Tumbler mit Eiswürfel füllen. Den Mozartlikör und Rum mit ca einer halben Hand Schokoladenminze (evt. mit Zucker) kurz auf Eiswürfel Schaken und in den vorbereiteten Tumbler abseihen, mit Minzblume und geraspelter dunkler Schokolade / dunklem Mikado als Garnitur servieren.
