Beef With Vegetables

Ingredients: 200 gms beef (sliced)
    1 tsp  coriander crushed
    1 tsp  white cumin powder
    1 tbsp  green chillies grinded in water
    1 tsp  crushed black pepper
    1 tsp  salt
    1/2 tbsp  oil
(Garnish):
    3  onions
    3  capsicum
    3  tomatoes
    1/2 tsp  oil
    1/2 cup  coriander leaves, (chopped)
(Salsa):
    3  onions chopped
    1 tbsp  garlic paste
    1 tsp  Ginger paste
    2 tsp  fresh tomato juice
    3  chopped tomatoes
    2 tbsp  Tabasco sauce
    2 tbsp  chilli sauce
      Salt to taste
    1 tsp  cumin powder

1 teacup oil

Method:

1.Marinate the beef with coriander, cumin powder, green chillies, pepper, salt and leave it for at least 1 hour.
2.Take a frying pan and heat the oil.
3.Sauté marinated beef for 1 minute, remove and keep aside.
4.Sauté onion in a sauce pan for a minute and add garlic, Ginger, tomatoes and sauté further.
5.Add all the remaining ingredients together and cook for 15 minutes.
6.Add sauted beef in the mixture and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
7.Remove and place beef.

(Garnish):

1.Cut onions, capsicum, tomatoes in 3/4 inches square.
2.Sauté onion, capsicum, tomatoes and add coriander leaves and remove from heat, place all the sauted ingredients on top of the beef mixture to garnish.
3.Serve.
