Wasabi Sauce Mayonaise - Enough for right consistency | |
Red Bell Pepper, (1/2 of one) | |
3 | scallion, (onions) |
Old Bay Seasoning, (1/2 tsp) | |
Cayenne Pepper, (a pinch) | |
Salt | |
Pepper | |
Bread crumbs | |
Dijon Mustard, (2 tsps) | |
1 stalk | celery chopped |
1 | egg, (beaten) |
Mix all ingredients together and form into small patties. Fry on medium heat 3 minutes per side. Serve with lemon and tartar sauce.
