3 sweet red bell peppers cut into large chunks | |
10-15 stalks | asparagus |
2-3 large | Vidalia onions |
2-3 | minced garlic cloves |
3-4 tbsp. | Balsamic vinegar |
1 tbsp. | Maple syrup |
1/4 cup | olive oil |
Chop & put veggies into a large bowl including garlic. Toss together w/ vinegar, maple syrup & olive oil. Place onto. A large sheet of tin foil or use BBQ veggie grilling tool.
