    4 med  carrots
    5 med  parsnips
    1 large  turnip
    1  celery root
    2  sweet potatoes
    1  red onion
    5-10  garlic cloves
    1/3 cup  olive oil
      Sea salt to taste
      Fresh/Dried Rosemary

Preheat 400 degrees. Cut into chunks. Place all veggies ion roasting pan & add whole cloves of garlic. Drizzle oil & sprinkle Rosemary & sea salt. Place in oven uncovered 45-60 minutes.
