| 1/2 cup | olive oil |
| 1 | Onion,, (red) |
| 6 or 8 Garlic cloves minced | |
| 2/3 cup | narangia agria or lemon juice |
| 1/2 tsp | cumin |

| Pepper | |
Sauté onion in olive oil until is soft and translucent. Add garlic, comino,salt and pepper sauté for another 2 to 3 minutes. Add the narangia agria simmer till hot.
Pour over the tender yuca.
