2 c | elbow macaroni 1/4 tsp ground mustard |
1/4 cup | butter 1/4 tsp worchestershire sauce |
1/4 cup | flour 2 cups milk |
1/2 tsp | salt 2 cups shredded cheddar |
1/4 tsp | pepper |
Cook elbows. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, mustard, & worchestershire . Cook over low heat stirring constantly until smooth.
Stir in milk, heat to boil stirring constantly. Boil and stir for 1 minute.
Stir in cheese until melted. Stir in elbows.
Bake in 2 qt ungreased casserole dish for 20-25minutes.
