Peppercini Beef Sandwiches

    2lb  chuck roast, frozen or thawed
    1(16oz) jar  peppercini
Optional:
    6 slices  mozzerella or Swiss cheese

6 buns or Texas style toast

Place roast and entire jar of peppercini, including juice, into crock pot. Cook on low for 8hrs.
Shred beef with two forks.
Serve on toasted buns with cheese.
