Peppercini Beef Sandwiches

1(16oz) jar | peppercini |

6 slices | mozzerella or Swiss cheese |
6 buns or Texas style toast
Place roast and entire jar of peppercini, including juice, into crock pot. Cook on low for 8hrs.
Shred beef with two forks.
Serve on toasted buns with cheese.
