Baked Sour Cream Chicken Delight

6 | Chicken breasts, halved and debonned |
12 strips | bacon |
2 pkgs. | dried smoked beef, (3 oz) |
2 cups | sour cream, (16 oz) |
1 cup | shredded swiss cheese |
2 cans | cream of chicken soup |
Place dried beef in bottom of 9x13" cake pan. Wrap one strip of bacon around each half of chicken breast. Place on top of dried smoked beef. Mix 2 cups sour cream with 2 cans cream of chicken soup and spoon over and around breasts. Don't add salt. Bake uncovered in 300 oven for 2 hours. Before servicing, sprinkle swiss cheese over top of chicken and leave in oven untill melted. Serve with mashed potatoes, noodles, or chicken flavored rice. Do not add salt; look for low sodium soup. Yields 6
