Spinach and cheese noodles

| 1/2 package | egg noodles |
| 1 cup | spinach |
| 1cup | ricotta cheese |
| 4 tablespoon | butter |
| 1 teaspoon | salt |
| 1/2 cup | Parmesan cheese |
Cook noodles
Cook spinach (steam), drain & squeeze.
Melt butter in skillet and sauté spinach
Throw ricotta cheese in sauted mixture
Mix into noodles and parmesan
