| 200 gr. | Thunfisch fein püriert |
| 100 gr. | Magerquark |
| 100 gr. | light Maionaise |
| 1 dl | Halbrahm flüssig |
| Salz | |
| Pfeffer | |
| Petersilie | |
| Curry | |
| Paprika | |
Alles zusammen in die Mixschüssel geben und gut mischen
1.5 dl ?Wasser und 0.5dl Marsala aufkochen und mit 1 ½ Kfl. Sulzpulver von Knorr mischen.
Leicht abkühlen lassen und in die Gourmetformen füllen, kühl stellen.
Dazu passt ein schöner Salat mit Toast.
