1 packet | plain biscuit |
1 cup | condensed milk |
2 cups | cut mangoes |
2 tbsp | icing sugar |
1 cup | cream |
2 drops | vanilla essence |
1 packet | strawberry jelly |
Method:
1.Prepare the jelly as per the instructions and set aside.
2.Crush the biscuits and mix the condensed milk to make the mixture.
3.Place the mixture in a bowl and spread the chopped mangoes evenly.
4.In another bowl, mix the cream, icing sugar and the vanilla essence.
5.Pour the mixture on the mangoes.
6.Top it with jelly in the shape of cubes, serve chilled.
