Special Chicken Korma

8 | black peppercorns |
2 tsp | red chilly powder |

1/2 cup | crushed brown onions |
1 tbsp | salt leveled |
4 | cloves |
2 tsp | Ginger, Garlic paste |
1 1/2 kg | chicken with bones cut into 8 pieces |
4 small | cardamoms, ground |
2 small | cardamoms |
250 gms yoghurt, whipped | |
2 tsp | coriander powder |
1/2 cup | water approx. |
1 cup | oil |

Method:
1.Heat the oil in a pot. Put in 2 of the small cardamoms, mace, black peppercorns, yoghurt, Ginger/garlic paste, salt, red chilly powder, coriander powder and chicken.
2.Stir and cook till the chicken is half done.
3.Then add the crushed brown onions & stir-fry till the oil separates.
4.Then add the water and cover the pot, and let it simmer till the chicken is tender and you have a thick gravy.
5.Sprinkle the cardamom powder, kewra and Ginger slices on top, just before serving.
