| 1 c a thé | poudre a pate |
| 1 c a thé | sel |
| 3 c a thé | cassonade |
| 1 livre | graisse |
| 1 oeuf légèrement battu | |
| 1 c | a table de vinaigre |

Mélanger les ingrédients secs. Y couper la graisse très fin. Casser l'oeuf dans une tasse; ajouter le vinaigre et suffisamment d'eau pour obtenir 3/4 de tasse de liquide.
Ajouter le liquide aux ingrédients secs, bien mêler, ramasser la pate en boule et la ranger au réfrigérateur, dans un bol couvert.
Utiliser au besoin mais toujours réchauffer la pate a la température de la pièce avant utilisation...
