Palak Paneer

Ingredients:
    2 cloves  garlic
1 inch piece of Ginger
    1  onion
    1  tomato
    4 bunches  spinach
1 big tbsp of oil
    1 1/2 tsp  red chilli powder
    1 tsp  haldi
    1 tsp  kasoori methi
    1/2 tin  nestle cream, (3.5 oz)
400 gms Paneer
      Salt to taste

Optional green chillies

Method:

1.Put oil in the wok, then add garlic paste, red chilli powder, haldi and salt.
2.In a separate wok, add spinach and steam it.
3.When spinach settles down, then add it to the wok with the garlic paste.
4.Add methi, then let the spinach purree cook for 1-1.5 hours.
5.Grind the spinach, then add cream and Paneer.
6.Serve

N.B: You can fry the Paneer, if you want.
