Ingredients: | |
2 cloves | garlic |
1 inch piece of Ginger | |
1 | onion |
1 | tomato |
4 bunches | spinach |
1 big tbsp of oil | |
1 1/2 tsp | red chilli powder |
1 tsp | haldi |
1 tsp | kasoori methi |
1/2 tin | nestle cream, (3.5 oz) |
400 gms Paneer | |
Salt to taste |
Optional green chillies
Method:
1.Put oil in the wok, then add garlic paste, red chilli powder, haldi and salt.
2.In a separate wok, add spinach and steam it.
3.When spinach settles down, then add it to the wok with the garlic paste.
4.Add methi, then let the spinach purree cook for 1-1.5 hours.
5.Grind the spinach, then add cream and Paneer.
6.Serve
N.B: You can fry the Paneer, if you want.
