Classic roasted chicken

2 tsp | rock salt |
4 cloves | garlic minced |
2 tsp | minced Rosemary |
1 tsp | pepper |
2 tbs | olive oil |
1 tbs | white wine |
Rosemary sprigs |
Loosen skin on chicken. In a bowl mix together salt, garlic, Rosemary, pepper, olive oil and wine, rub mixture over skin and in cavity of chicken. Place Rosemary sprigs in cavity tie legs, put on sprayed roasting pan, cook for about 1 hour 45 minutes.
