1 tasse | sirop d'erable |
1 pincée | sel |
1 abaisse non cuite
Battre au malexeur les oeufs,le sirop d'erable, le lait Eagle et le sel jusqu'a mousseux.
Verser dans l'abaisse (croute) et cuire au four a 400 degres durant 10 minutes; baisser le four a 350 et cuire 30 minutes.
