Domino's Pizza Dough

| 5 cups | all purpose flour |
| 1 tbsp | sugar |
| 2 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | instant yeast |
| 2 tbsp | oil |
| 1 3/4 cups | warm water |
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring vigorously. Set aside to rest 5 minutes. Then stir again for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add additional water or flour to achive a smooth, sticky dough.
Divide into 4 pieces and place in oiled freezer bags. Can be frozen or refrigerated. Allow to rise at room temp then punch down. Strech each piece onto a ten inch pizza pan and allow to rise a few minutes. Top as usual, the bake at 450 degrees until crust is crisp and cheese is melted.
