Cube Steak Crockpot

| Butter | |
| Oil | |
| Flour | |
| 1/2 cup | Milk |
| 1/2 cup | Water |
| Onion | |
| 1 tbsp | Garlic Powder |
Directions
Put butter and oil in a pan. Let it melt. Barely brown cube steak on med-lo heat. Remove steak from pan add flour appr. (3 tbs). Stir in flour with grease, then add half cup of milk and half cup of water. Add water and milk gradually letting it come to a slow boil then adding more until all has been added. Put your steak and gravy in a metal or oven safe casserole dish. Slice one onion on top of steak, cover with tinfoil and bake for 1 to 11/2 hour. I also add about 1 tbs. of garlic powder just for taste (optional)
