King Ranch Chicken

3 lbs | boneless chick breasts, thighs, boiled |
1 large pkg | cooked egg noodles |
1 (10 ounce) can | diced rotel |
1 (10.75 ounce) can | condensed cream of chicken soup |
1 (10.75 ounce) can | condensed cream of mushroom soup |
1 can | chicken broth |
1 | onion, chopped and sautéed |
3 cups | shredded Cheddar cheese |
½ stick | butter |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C.)
2. Layer the noodles in a 9x13 inch greased casserole dish.
3. Combine all ingredient except cheese. Pour half of mixture over the noodles. Layer half of the cheese and the remaining soup mixture. Cover with foil.
4. Bake at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 45 minutes. Top with the remaining cheese and return to the oven until the cheese is melted.
