Crispy Baked Potato Wedges

2 tablespoons | Mrs. Dash Original Blend |
4 medium-sized | red potatoes, cut into wedges |
3 tablespoons | EVOO |
- 2 garlic cloves slivered
- juice of half a lemon
1. Preheat oven 400 degrees.
2. Dry potato wedges on paper towels, rub with 1/2 tablespoon EVOO and 1/2 tablespoon Mrs. Dash.
3. Roast in baking pan about 30 minutes, turning at 15 minutes to evenly brown potatoes.
4. Mix garlic, lemon juice and remaining EVOO Ina small pan with remaining Mrs. Dash. Serve alongside roasted wedges for dipping.
