| 1 cup | powdered sugar |
| 1 tsp | vanilla |
| Mrs. Richardson's Butterscotch Carmel Fudge | |
| Chopped Pecans,, (optional) | |

Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. Top with carmel. Sprinkle top with pecans. Serve with apple slices.
