1/2 c | icing sugar |
1 c | butter |
1 | egg yolk |
1/4 t | salt |
2 1/4 c - 2 1/2 c | flour sifted |

Cream butter and sugar. Add yolk and dry ingredients . Knead a minute or two.roll, cut, prick with fork. Bake at 300 for 20 min till golden. ( roll 1/4 inch thick ) cook at 310 in my stove.
