Artichoke Dip

1 6 oz jar | artichoke hearts, (marinated) |
4 oz | light cr cheese softened |
2 tbsp | light sour cream |
1 tbsp | veg oil |
1/2 t | dry mustard |
Pinch | pepper |
1/4 c | chopped fresh basil |
Drain artichokes, in food processor purée artichokes, cheese, sour cream, oil mustard, and pepper til well combined. Refrg. For up to 24 hrs- stir in basil.
Makes 1 cup.
