Artichoke Dip

    1 6 oz jar  artichoke hearts, (marinated)
    4 oz  light cr cheese softened
    2 tbsp  light sour cream
    1 tbsp  veg oil
    1/2 t  dry mustard
    Pinch  pepper
    1/4 c  chopped fresh basil

Drain artichokes, in food processor purée artichokes, cheese, sour cream, oil mustard, and pepper til well combined. Refrg. For up to 24 hrs- stir in basil.
Makes 1 cup.
