Chicken crock-pot casserole

Can be cut in half. You can cook this in the crock pot or oven. I usually use the crock pot. Ingredients: | |
Boneless skinless chicken breast,, (at least 6. If they are large, butterfly) | |
1 package | swiss cheese slices |
1 to 2 cans | cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup |
1 box | stove top stuffing for chicken |
1 stick | butter |
Directions:
Mix soup with 1/2 to 3/4 can of milk (just enough to make it pourable)
Spoon some of the soup in the bottom of the crock pot.
Place one layer of chicken breast over it and top that with slices of swiss cheese then top that with some of the soup. Continue layering until you end with the soup mixture. pour the stuffing mix on top (dry). Melt the butter and pour over the stuffing mixture. Cook on low 4-6 hours.
