Frappes Remoulade Sauce

2 T | celery, finely diced |
1 T | shallots, finely diced |
1 teaspoon | garlic, minced |
2 T | scallions, chopped |
3 T | ketchup |
3 T | whole grained mustard |
1 t | louisiana hot sauce |
2 T | capers, chopped |
1/2 t | cajun sauce |
1 t | fresh parsley, finely diced |
In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients and mix until incorporated. Season with salt and pepper.
