1 can | diced tomatoes & green chilies, (14.5 oz.) |
1 can | whole peeled tomatoes, (14.5 oz.) |
1 T + 1 t | diced JalapeƱos |
1/4 C | yellow onion |
1/2-3/4 t | garlic salt |
1/2 t | cumin |
1/4 t | sugar |
Fresh Cilantro |
In a food processor place jalapeƱos and onions, process for just a few seconds. Add both cans of drained tomatoes, garlic, salt, sugar, cumin. Process all ingredients until well blended but do not puree. Chill for at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
