| 1/4cup | milk |
| 1tbsp | vanilla |
| 1/4cup | heavy cream |
| 16oz | sifted powdered sugar |
Creme vegetable shortening and butter. Add in cocoa powder, milk, vanilla and heavy cream. Add in sugar.
