Buttercream frosting

| 1/2cup | butter, (rm temp) |
| 1pound | powdered sugar |
| 3tbsp | milk |
| 2tsp | vanilla essence |
Colouring of choice
Soften butter to room temperature and mash it (not too soft- leave some texture). Add in powdered sugar, milk and vanilla essence and mix well. Add in desired colour.
