Rice Pie

1 c | skim milk |
1 t | vanilla |
1 c | crushed pineapple |
2 | eggs beaten |
5 packets | equal |
1 c | cooked rice |
2 t | pineapple juice |
Mix everything. Place in pie plate. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 400 for 25 min.
